About
This Girl's Ability is a non-profit organisation that aims to give girls and young women with disabilities access to sports and creative opportunities.

Based in the London Borough of Havering, we offer an exciting range of activities for young people in East London and Essex. These include creative hobbies, access to sports, volunteering opportunities, and workshops.

We currently have weekly swim groups, fun football sessions, multi-sports, and a monthly pop culture club (fashion, arts and crafts, movies, tv, music and books).
Our Mission
This Girl’s Ability seeks to empower girls and young women with disabilities through sports and creative opportunities. We aim to combat loneliness, which is common in this demographic, by strengthening peer relationships, assisting in the prevention and management of poor mental health, and enhancing physical health.

This Girl's Ability is dedicated to supporting equitable access to sports and coming up with inventive ways to alter and adapt activities so that all young people can benefit from our sports sessions and the opportunity to be part of a team.
